Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE public holidays.

As soon as the order is processed by us you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider, who will confirm the best delivery time in advance.

You can track your order with our delivery partners by simply logging onto their website and quote your tracking number.

After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 14 days, and if we cannot get in touch with you after 14 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. In this case, since we incur a significant shipping cost, we may refuse future post-paid (COD) orders from you.

Depending on your country, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. All these potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

Our courier partners do their best to deliver within the time frames mentioned above. However, there are times when you may experience a short delay in receiving your shipment due to customs clearance or if they cannot reach you.
